The Breathing Association Free Lung Health Clinic (located at 1520 Old Henderson Road) and the Mobile Medical Unit (at locations throughout Franklin County) provide caring medical and nursing services by a skilled professional staff.
We help people get quality health care who:
- Meet our income guidelines (Click Here to view our eligibility requirements)
- Are un-insured or under-insured
- Cannot afford to pay for health care, and have not seen a doctor in over one year
- Have asthma, COPD, or other lung health needs.
Hours:
Clinic: Mon. and Weds. 8:30am - 3:00pm
Mobile Medical Unit (MMU): Tues. and Thurs. 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Medical services include:
- Physical exams
- Health assessment
- Asthma & Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) education
- Nutrition, exercise and weight management counseling
- Chest x-rays, EKG’s, breathing tests
- Influenza and pneumonia immunizations
- Social services
- Community outreach, and referral to other agencies
- Medical supplies, nebulizers, peak flow meters
- Prescription assistance programs
- Assistance with medical supplies and pharmacy prescriptions
- Wellness services
- Diagnostic laboratory services
- Preventative services
- Home care follow-up for seniors and asthma care

or a family member has asthma, COPD, emphysema, bronchitis, or other breathing problems;
need assistance with lung health medical supplies, and/or are a senior 55 years or older with lung disease and need prescription assistance.
