Overview

The Medical Supplies Program was established to educate, assist and advocate on behalf of low-income, uninsured and underinsured individuals with a diagnosed lung disease. The Medical Supplies Coordinator works with the agency’s respiratory therapists to provide support and improve the quality of life of persons with lung health disease through the following programs:

• Prescription Assistance:
  Provides funds to qualifying seniors who have a valid unfilled prescription for medications needed in the treatment of lung health disease.
  

• Medical Supplies and Assistance:
  Medical equipment for air-flow management and allergy trigger control / mitigation is available to persons diagnosed with lung health diseases. Medical supplies can be obtained based on need and availability.
